As a Customer Service Representative in our business banking call centre on Gadigal land in South Eveleigh, you'll be supporting and servicing our diverse small to medium business customers.

You'll be with them every step of the way to service their banking needs to reach their financial goals.

You'll work in a rotating roster that operates between the hours of:

  • Monday to Sunday
  • 7.00am to 10.00pm
  • With availability to work weekends on a regular basis (every 36 weeks)

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Previous customer service experience and are passionate about making a positive impact with their exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in finance or an interest in the banking industry.
  • The ability to thrive in a busy environment and multitask across different technology platforms when servicing customers.

Training :
The first four (4) weeks of employment is mandatory paid full-time training, Monday to Friday 9:00pm to 5:00pm.
