As a Recruitment Consultant
[3-month contract], you'll be key in representing Homage and building a relationship with all new potential employees or as we call them "Homagers" Your role is key to our mission as you cannot have business success, without "People" success If you're looking for a recruitment position, where full training and support are provided, look no further

What will you do
Your focus will be on managing Australia's open roles as well as providing support for a few open roles in Singapore

This will include:
-
Resume Screening -
reviewing all resumes, progressing those who fit our Recruitment Plan for the position.
-
Administrative Support - coordinating interviews for the HRBP & Hiring Manager, ensuring all scorecards are completed to minimise any potential biases, hallo effects and so on

Active Recruitment - this role will be responsible for 3-5 open roles at a time, with the support of the P&C Coordinator.

Skills & Experience you will need

  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite/Microsoft Office is essential (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Exposure to Seek and/or an Application Tracking System (ATS) preferably Greenhouse
  • Basic understanding of recruitment requirements in Australia
  • Basic understanding of recruitment requirements in Singapore is highly advantageous
  • Familiar with basic employment law (related to recruitment such as discrimination, equality etc.)
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and professional relationships
  • Experienced in a startup or a fastpaced environment
  • Exposure to recruitment processes, which can be in the capacity of assisting in the recruitment process, or an internship etc.
  • Experience as a recruiter or HR in a startup is highly advantageous
  • Experience as an HR administrator is highly advantageous
