About the Opportunity:


As the Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the local supply chain team and collaborating with the Global distribution team.

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial team with logistics and assisting in the demand planning, efficient order allocation, and optimising the local supply chain.


Duties:

  • Coordinate with local supply chain and global distribution teams
  • Work with local commercial teams for accurate demand planning
  • Allocate orders in short supply to customers based on commercial input
  • Analyse Supply Chain data and create reporting metrics for ANZ
  • Identify process improvements for local supply chain optimisation

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in supply chain or logistics within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills is essential
  • Problem solver with proactive approach and the ability to present solutions.
  • Highly proficient in SAP and Excel for data gathering and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable with the ability to work in an environment undergoing change.
