An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new People Leader to join the Credit Business Management team in our Banking & Financial Services Group.

You will be leading the Business Support team, which supports all staff in the Banking & Financial Services Credit team.

Bringing your exceptional people skills; your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Leading a team of 2 staff who support the Banking & Financial Services Credit team through
  • Expense and travel management
  • Staff Technology orders laptops, mobiles, SIM cards
  • Working on systems such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur and Coupa or similar systems. Intermediateadvanced experience required.
  • Onboarding/offboarding staff
  • Other tasks as required
  • Managing and organising floor logistics
  • Assisting with team communications
  • Identifying process improvements where applicable
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties and tasks that arise
It will be within your nature to enjoy organisation, and you'll have an eye for detail.

This is a busy, fast paced team where you will act as a point of contact for the business on a broad range of operational and administrative requirements.

Requiring a flexible, positive, and can-do attitude and the ability to manage your own and the teams workflow autonomously, this is an integral role that will see you grow and develop your skills, interacting across all levels of the corporate hierarchy.


Skills and experience required:

- highly organised with a strong attention to detail, and great coordination and project management skills
- ability to work independently and prioritise concurrent work
- thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, be agile and responsive to change and demonstrate a willingness to learn
- be confident interacting with people from all levels and be able to adapt communication style to meet peoples' needs, both written and verbal
- ability to solve problems or escalate to ensure appropriate resolution
- be a strong team player and collaborate well with various stakeholder group
- excellent computer capabilities in using systems and technology particularly across the Microsoft Office Suite
