An exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Compliance and Account Manager. The successful candidate will join a well-respected and growing cleaning company who provide cleaning services to many Commercial and Strata Clients.

Duties include

  • Manage the quality control checks for commercial and strata accounts, developing and further enhancing procedures
  • Following up on previous issues of quality control and implementing procedures to overcome recurring issues
  • Provide ongoing cleaner training to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain stock and inventory levels
  • Preparing IAuditor reports for the clients
  • Maintaining ISO 9001 quality control and reporting records
  • Checking equipment used by cleaners is in a good state of repair
  • Attending all new strata / commercial jobs and ensuring the onboarding of new accounts runs smoothly
  • Be the first point of contact for our client
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders
  • Coordinate periodic works and extra works
  • Managing and overseeing invoicing for extra works and in-contract works
  • Conduct routine site audits (cleaning inspections)

What you need to be successful:

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Ability to manage teams
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
