  • Join Bendigo and Adelaide Bank the Better Big Bank.

  • Responsible for delivering end to end recruitment processes.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements

About the role:

  • Deliver end to end recruitment process for the client group to meet current talent needs.
  • Recruite professional roles, graduate roles and volume based recruitment as required.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide support
  • Develop and implement sourcing initiatives including proactive identification to attract potential talents using Seek, Linkedin etc.
  • Work closely with People & Culture teams to achieve desired workforce success

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience; advantageous if you have banking and finance industry experience, but not essential
  • Knowledge of employment laws, interview techniques and employee life cycle metrics
  • Ability to work autonomously within a close team.
  • Located in either Melbourne, Bendigo or Adelaide
