THE ROLEThe Engineering Integrator is a member of the Engineering, Projects, Integration, and Construction Department (EPIC), and is primarily responsible for the coordination and reporting of renovation design packages, records maintenance, and process documentation in support of space management and space planning at OASIS.

You will also work with a small but dedicated drafting team to ensure that quality site and project deliverables are produced to support our customer's critical mission set.

You must be able to demonstrate technical flexibility in the course of executing duties in ARCIBUS as well as, professional communication characteristics in order to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.


PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Prepare and deliver facilities space reports and presentations
Coordinate site space requests in accordance to space planning procedures
Maintain and update ARCHIBUS drawings and data types
Coordinate with EPIC drafting for creation of architectural and interior layout drawings for space proposals
Work with other designers/engineers to coordinate space configuration changes and engineering discipline designs
Develop and implement change management practices for space planning efforts
Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace.
Any other reasonable duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in ARCHIBUS
Demonstrated facility renovation and project coordination experience
Formal Project Management training is recommended
Formal Qualifications in ARCHIB
TICKETS AND LICENCESMinimum Essential
Drivers License
Formal Code training including AIS, UBC, IBC, NFPA, and others
Desirable

CPR
White Card
First Aid

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Facilities coordination or project management experience
Experience in data input into ARCIBUS or similar application for space management
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders
Experience with MS Officer operating system

WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDSTypical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Australian or US citizen
EHS REQUIREMENTAll Amentum personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health and safety requirements.
While Amentum is responsible for providing a safe workplace and is responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements of the Handbook, each person is responsible for:
Completing work tasks in a safe manner
Reporting any unsafe acts or conditions to their supervisor and/or PMO/EHS Manager
Continuous adherence to the environmental, health and safety procedures outlined in the Handbook during the performance of their work
Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to "STOP WORK" if a job is unsafe or possess a danger to the environment
