This is an
entry level-role, suitable for a recent school-leaver, graduate, or someone in the early stages of their career.


_ Manual labour (moderate lifting) is a requirement of this role and as such, a pre-employment medical will be required._
The role is based in our busy Head Office accounts payable department as a Junior Office Assistant.

Accountabilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Faxing, scanning, photocopying, filing
  • Handling archiving and storage facilities
  • Stocktaking and ordering food, stationery & supplies
  • Maintaining office kitchens, storerooms, and stationary cupboards
  • Maintaining printer rooms with paper supplies
  • Out of office errands and adhoc duties as required
  • Ordering and distribution of supplies and staff amenities
  • Collecting, sorting and distributing mail
  • Preparing boardrooms for weekly meetings
  • General office duties
  • Some moderate to heavy lifting will be required for the above duties
  • Dealing with all levels of staff up to and including Senior Management

Required skills & experience:

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive "cando" attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
