As a Kirribilli Club Receptionist, you will be required to welcome and provide and an exemplary level of customer service to all our members and guests whilst completing membership and administrative duties.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills and possess a flexible attitude with strong organisational skills.
  • Assisting guests with the club's sign
- in process.

  • Produce daily reports on service usage and service issues to ensure that customers and management receive appropriate information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Generating and organise membership data to provide detailed reports for the use of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Effectively deal with any complaints.
  • Inventory and stationary management.
  • Ensure relevant feedback regarding membership problems are carefully read and actioned. Directing feedback to the relevant person / department.
  • Adapt and assist other areas of the club when and if required.
  • Ensure you hold a current RSA and RCG certification prior to commencing employment.
