The Role:
As an Early Careers Consultant, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our legal workforce

Your role will involve:

  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process of our clerks and graduates.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of our summer & winter clerkship intakes and graduate programs.
  • Working alongside our People consultants in leading the graduate rotations, and evaluation processes.
  • Facilitating and leading discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume building, interview techniques, and career development.
  • Organising events, workshops, and networking opportunities you will find yourself attending various events and ensuring we are recognised as an employer of choice.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, law societies and associations.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to our graduates and Partners, helping them navigate any challenges.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop innovative programs to meet the evolving needs of our firm.

  • A background in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to build relationships with stakeholders.
