What do you do?

  • Overseeing workflow capacities and working with the COO to identify resource gaps as new tasks enter the production workflow
  • Working alongside Digital Managers to create quality project plans
  • Owning and supporting specialists with the project management system (Wrike)
  • Problem solving escalations and conflicts
- providing support around different departments
- assist with the onboarding of new staff
- calendar management

  • General office admin and operational tasks
  • Event organisation

Must haves?

  • Strong administration background
  • Experience in managing projects or understanding of project management lifecycle
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • Desire to progress in the marketing field or industry
  • Strong operational mindset and process initiation / improvement experience

Nice to Haves?

  • Relevant tertiary degree or study in Marketing.
  • Prior experience working for an agency or consultancy (multiple clients / stakeholders)
  • Knowledge / background in digital agency
