As a Sales Cadet, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the exciting world of sales.

Key Opportunities:
- A commitment to guide, develop and set you up for success.
- Working collectively to build your future within the business.
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions to learn various sales techniques, methodologies, and strategies.
- Acquire indepth knowledge about the products or services offered by us.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals during customer interactions to learn best practices.
- Gradually take on more customer interactions under the guidance of mentors.
- Opportunity to move across multiple dealerships to further your training.
- Access to commissions after completing your cadet program.
About you:
- Strong verbal and written and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with our diverse customers.
- A genuine passion for sales with a high level of motivation for success.
- Passion or interest in working towards the automotive industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of different teams to achieve our goals.
