Job Description:

The Role

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a Bridge Drafter to join our bridges team.

The Bridge Drafter performs technical tasks ranging from low to medium complexity on projects that deliver high quality outcomes for AECOM clients.

This role may also manage small projects under limited supervision.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting projects and meeting delivery requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven team environment
  • Quality and productivity in execution of duties and responsibilities
  • Experience and understanding of Australian Standards, in addition to MRWA and PTA requirements
  • Experience working in a consulting company demonstrating a good understanding of civil structures and bridges

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification.
  • 4 years' experience
  • Proven experience and proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to do 3D drafting
