Joining a supportive, tightly-knit, and collaborative team, this role will take the lead in the People Transformation function. It will ensure the implementation of a tailored operating model and robust change management practices throughout the business. These efforts will lead to sustainable change and enhanced organizational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and expertise in change management to leaders while aligning People Strategy initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic plans;
  • Engaging in Business Partnering and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in and commitment to the program and practices;
  • Promoting change management by integrating suitable organization-wide frameworks, tools, training, and coaching;
  • Offering high-level specialist advice across the employee lifecycle to fulfill strategic and operational objectives;
  • Collaborating with executive and leadership teams to ensure that People Strategy initiatives steer the desired organizational transformation;
  • Establishing robust governance for People Strategy initiatives, overseeing performance, and addressing issues promptly;
  • Conducting external benchmarking to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Keeping all stakeholder groups informed and engaged through regular communication;
  • Acting as the Champion of People Change by implementing effective practices that encourage unity, efficiency, and high performance within the organization.

Your extensive HR background is enhanced by your experience in designing and executing successful end-to-end People & Culture change programs, preferably in complex, multi-site decentralized contexts. The role also demands strong consulting, collaboration, and coaching skills to effectively guide a diverse range of stakeholders through the change process.

Qualifications for this role include a relevant degree in HR, a minimum of 5 years leading People transformation, and outstanding skills in time management, communication, and problem-solving.
