Our
Southland store is looking for
Front of House and Back of House
Team Leaders to continue spreading the Roll'd joy and values with our customers.


We are looking for a Shift Supervisors that have experience in working in a fast paced environment with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and food quality.

The role includes overseeing our Team Members during an assigned shift to ensure the shift runs smoothly.


We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person, with a strong work ethic, love to engage with people and have strong family values.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

Skills & competencies:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highlevel food quality standards
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Work efficiently in a calm and measured manner
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Selfmotivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
  • Knowledge of OH&S and Food Safety Standards

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of the hospitality/quick service restaurant industry is desirable
  • Experience using Point of Sale systems
  • Food Safety Handling Certificates
