As a not-for-profit organization, Windermere offers a Salary Packaging benefit of up to $15,900 to employees. By maximizing this benefit, the take-home salary for this role starts from $2,828.87 per fortnight*, with the equivalent annual salary in the open market, without tax benefits, being $97,782.50. *The actual amount may vary based on individual circumstances.

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us on a permanent basis. Renowned for our family-friendly and adaptable workplace culture, we welcome candidates interested in full-time or part-time roles (22.8 or 30.4 hours per week). We also offer a hybrid work model that allows for remote work and in-person consumer meetings either at their preferred locations or our Warragul offices.

As a Windermere Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies, assessments, and parent training to enhance child communication and social interactions in various settings;
  • Engage in face-to-face consultations in natural environments, schools, kindergartens, and our modern office spaces;
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to create and execute holistic support plans;
  • Offer vital support and guidance to families and children on language, fluency, and social skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current AHPRA registration. Additionally, specialized knowledge and practical experience in pediatric occupational therapy are required.
