**Position Summary**

**Community Clinician - Aged Persons Mental Health**
- We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Clinician to join our Warragul Older Persons Mental Health team on a full time/part time basis. Our Community Mental Health Services team provide key support services to older members of the Gippsland community through comprehensive needs assessment, case management and care coordination.- You’ll enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and be qualified as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health Post Graduate), Social Worker, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist. Ideally you’ll have experience in aged mental health and / or community mental health and have the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.**Why work for LRH?**
