EDentist Canterbury is looking for a new team member to complete and compliment our great team - The Receptionist with positive attitude and compassionate nature and Patients Coordinator skills.

Dental experience is essential. The necessary training and support will be provided as well.

We are open late evening 7 days a week and provide emeregncy as well as general and family dentistry. We are a busy modern clinic with a calming and relaxed environment.

The required days & time:
Monday 10am - 8pm,

Tuesday 12pm -8pm,

Wednesday 10pm - 6pm,

Thursday 12pm - 8pm,

Friday 12pm - 8pm,

Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Qualifications & experience

Experience with Dentally software is preferred but not essential as training modules and support will be provided.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Reception duties include; answering phones, scheduling appointments, and taking payments, follow up calls, concise documentation of all patients correspondence, organize aboratory work.

Salary:
From $30.00 per hour
