Be one of the friendly faces at Ortho Co. Canterbury & Parramatta. Ortho Co. is looking for a Customer Service superstar. You would have a key role in creating first impressions for our customers and assisting our Orthodontist.

You must have an energetic personality and enjoy working with people and have a proven ability to work well within a team and alway eager to learn different approaches.

**Key Dental Assistant responsibilities**
- Educating patients on orthodontic treatments, procedures, and aftercare instructions.
- Provide chairside assistance.
- Coordinating with orthodontic assistants and other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain established infection control standards in the clinical setting and throughout the entire dental clinic.
- Maintain dental equipment, consumables and supplies in the dental surgery.
- Undertake equipment decontamination and sterilisation to the highest standards

**Work Schedule**:
**Position is for 2-3 day per week**:

- Tuesday: 7.30am to 6pm in Parramatta and/or Wednesday: 7.30am to 6pm in Parramatta
- Friday: 8:30 am - 6.30pm in Canterbury

**Job Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual**

**Pay: $28-35 per hour**

Expected hours: 20-30 hours per week (more hours available if desired

**Previous Dental or Orthodontic Experience preferred though not essential.**

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
