About this opportunity

Are you a seasoned leader seeking a new challenge?

You should have a solid track record of effectively leading, engaging, and developing teams, with backgrounds in retail, logistics, FMCG, or manufacturing.

Our Coles Distribution Centers are key in moving high-quality products through our supply chain, ensuring exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding a team of 25-30 members to meet operational requirements, always prioritizing safety and compliance.

About you and your abilities
  • Adaptability to work on a rotating schedule since the DC operates 7 days a week to serve our customers
  • Inspire, empower, and assist your team in achieving and surpassing targets
  • Efficiently plan and assign tasks to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
  • Adhere to commercial budget and cost management practices
  • Handle reporting and documentation of safety incidents
  • Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
  • Maintain clear communication across all business levels
