Management Assistant - NSW (12 month FTC)

The primary purpose of this role is to provide office management, administrative and office support to the business unit and management team as required to ensure efficient and cost-effective workflow.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and maintaining relationships and communication with internal and external customers to ensure administrative operations are conducted within set timeframes and service levels
  • Assist with meeting logistics including correspondence, agendas and distributing minutes and action items as required
  • Collating and reconciling evidence to support expense claims
  • Producing correspondence, communications, presentations, confidential documents, spreadsheets and reports as required

Important to your success:

  • Experience providing team administration support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with accuracy
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organising tasks and managing competing resources
