    About Us


Join our dynamic Belrose Recycling Team as a Site Supervisor, where your expertise will drive our operations to new heights.

While previous waste management experience is beneficial, a background in quarry management is preferred. As the Site Supervisor, you'll orchestrate our team's daily activities, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

This is a role based in Sydney's Northern Beaches - relocation required

Responsibilities:

  • Manage production targets and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and address breakdowns promptly.
  • Ensure safe startup/shutdown procedures and oversee highrisk work.
  • Act as secondincommand, fostering positive team relationships and addressing people issues.
  • Conduct daily meetings, manage paperwork, and ensure operational coverage during absences.
  • Maintain standards in inspection areas and oversee employee training needs.
  • Oversee Safety and compliance of the operations.
  • Coaching, Developing and Managing a team.
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in Construction, Quarries, Waste or Recycling is desirable.
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Be mechanically minded.
  • Awareness of heavy plant machinery environments and safety implementation.
  • Capability to work efficiently in highpressure settings, prioritise tasks, and drive a strong safety culture.
  • Essential certifications: first aid, EWP, working at heights, and a valid driver's license.
  • Working rights and eligibility to work in Australia.
