**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various construction tasks including but not limited to: site preparation, material handling, demolition, and cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools as required.
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradesmen as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
- Prior experience in construction or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
