Purpose of the role


We are seeking a passionate and driven Human Resources Coordinator to join us full-time based in our brand new Global Head Office in Collingwood.


In this role, you will act as a key generalist touch point for all Workday administration and system escalations for our Retail and Head Office functions.

You will also be playing a crucial role in Aesop's Zendesk management and support for all tier one HR queries and escalations.


In addition, you'll also play and important role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team, leading all TA administration activities including Workday requisition creation and position management.

You'll own our new hire compliance and processing including employee contract creation as well as managing and coordinating all hire systems.


Key responsibilities

  • Workday administration activities including all system escalations for Retail and Head Office (job changes, org changes, supervisory org creations etc)
  • Responsible for the daily Zendesk management for all tier one queries and escalations
  • Response for managing Talent Acquisition administration including Workday requisition creation, position management, and ensuring correct cost centre allocation for new hires
  • Lead and own new hire compliance and processing including employee contract creation
  • Manage and coordinate all hire systems including Equifax and Xref
  • Assist with coordination of all inperson training across Global Head Office and ANZ Office
  • Support in generating employee reporting requests (employee volunteering hours, active workers reports etc)
  • Support our HR Advisors in data audit activities

What we are looking for

  • Someone who is passionate about all things HR
  • An appreciation of Aesop's approach and a passion for the brand
  • An advocate for process improvement
  • A background in Coordination, ideally in a fastpaced HR environment
  • Experience in HRIS system administration and management
  • Someone with experience in tier 1 case management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and experience
  • Strong situational judgement and problemsolving capabilities
  • Above all, someone who is driven and passionate in what they do
