This role will provide leadership and supervision to a newly established team of cleaners which provide in house cleaning to all DPV Health sites.

Our sites include medical practices, dental practices, other physical and mental health services and disability services as well as the associated reception and waiting areas and office and meeting spaces.

The role has both a hands-on cleaning component as well as leadership responsibilities including managing the rostering of staff across all sites, recruitment, training, performance development and day to day supervision and support of the team.


Desired Skills and Experience:


We are looking for someone with experience as a cleaner with a systematic approach to cleaning with high attention to detail.

An understanding of infection control and OHS regulations and the appropriate use of cleaning products, chemicals and PPE are required.

Experience leading a team and working in a healthcare or aged care environment would be advantageous.
