Our Partner Company is a Commercial fit out and Construction and provides complete Project Management, Architecture, Design, Build, and Procurement service

Job Summary:

As a Commercial fit-out and Architectural Drafter-Project Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the successful delivery of commercial fit-outs and construction projects from Design Drafting, inception to completion.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in design and project management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.

Plan, scheduled, and coordinated all aspects of architectural projects from start to finish.
Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
Monitor and update the project budget.
Track and document project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met within the scope of the project.
Prepare and manage project documentation including plans, specifications,
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
Monitor quality assurance throughout the project.
Make recommendations for project improvements as needed.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial parameters.
Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for cost optimization.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues to ensure the smooth progression of projects.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Our Wishlist

• have at least 2 years of experience in this industry. (Commercial Fit-out Project )Graduate of Architecture preferably

With experience in drafting and detailing works using AutoCAD or Graphic Design
Good project coordination skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

REQUIRED WITH COMMERCIAL OFFICE FIT OUT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
You must be eligible to work in Australia. This role requires Prior experience as an ARCHITECT designer or DRAFTER
