We are looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Professional that's a team player to be a key part of our overall growth objectives.

As the Account Manager responsible for wholesale accounts, you will report directly to the national internal sales manager.

You will be responsible for the complete sales process from front to back, including increased customer conversion and market share, as well as following through with account management best practices.

The target market within the wholesale section of the sales team focuses on Tactile/Stair Nosing contractors and safety suppliers nationally who are primarily focused on the commercial construction of public and private schools, commercial buildings, large retail developments and the industrial/warehousing sectors.

Your customer base will be Australia-wide.
A strong will for prospecting and new business development will also be viewed favourably in this role.

Requirements:

What do you need?

You will align with and live our company values of doing things right for the customer, staying accountable to them and each other while always exhibiting professional behaviour.

Must have:

  • Be a team player that understands the importance of their contribution
  • Enjoy and excel in consultative selling
  • Min. 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding budgets
  • Efficient in pipeline management and CRM use
  • Selfmotivated, confident, reliable and solutionfocused
  • Proactive business development mindset with an ability to prospect and cold call when needed.

Nice to have:

  • Business Development experience in a construction industryfocused business
  • Familiarity with AS 1428
