We have a strong customer base and have been serving happy customers from our Camberwell store for over 9 years.

Shoppers warmly embrace the ambience, great customer service and fantastic products they find when visiting our store and keep returning time and time again.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our second store in Melbourne's historic Royal Arcade.

We are seeking staff for both our new CBD location which will be opening soon. Training will be provided at Camberwell.

The Role


We seek a service orientated retail sales assistant to welcome and assist customers with their purchases when visiting the store.

This role sits at the very core of the customer experience and encompasses directing and advising customers on product suggestions, processing customer payments, floor stock control and processing inbound stock from suppliers.


What you would do

The main things you would do include:

  • Greeting customers to the store
  • Assisting customers find products to match their needs
  • Process payments via our cloud based POS system Lightspeed (Vend)
  • Gift wrap purchases when required
  • Receive and process inbound stock deliveries
  • Data entry for inventory control
  • Process online orders
  • Assist with social media campaigns
  • Assist keep store and counter areas clean
  • Assist with VM plus keeping floor stock replenished and tidy.

  • Consultative selling approach
  • Previous POS software experience ours is Vend/Lightspeed
  • Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Ability to gift wrap items for customers
  • At least 2 days per week flexible
  • Physically active role (we have stairs)
  • Smart casual dress code
