As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our valued customers.
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Managing inventory levels and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and optimise store performance.
  • Training and developing store staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and selling techniques.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Collaborating with the regional management team to implement promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Sound business acumen and the ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
