Customer Service is the face of the corporation, dealing with account enquiries through to complex water and wastewater faults.

Working in modern facilities at our Balcatta office our Customer Service team provides world-class customer service to business & residential customers across Western Australia.


What the role will involve:

Reporting to the Manager - Customer Delivery, you'll be leading a team that's responsible for the customer experience being delivered when things don't go as planned in the field


You'll be using your customer and people-focused skills to provide support, expert advice and resolution on complex customer enquiries, reinstatements, complaints, contentious issues and Ministerial.


From your strong leadership background, you'll manage effective collaborative engagement with members of your team to ensure consistent, transparent engagement.

As well as build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business objectives

Key skills and experience:


From your extensive leadership background, you will thrive in coaching and developing people to enhance business capability and deliver excellent customer service.

You'll have a relevant degree with substantial experience in successfully leading customer focused teams in a service delivery environment.

As well as extensive experience in the management of utility services and relevant experience in contract management and substantial experience in dealing with Customer related activities.

OR Considerable experience in a relevant leadership position as well as extensive experience in Water, Wastewater and Drainage operations and maintenance.


Because you're a natural thinker, you'll have the ability to solve complex technical and operational problems relating to water, wastewater, drainage, mechanical and electrical works.
