The Workforce Planning Reporter is responsible for delivering on the established strategic approach by collecting data, information and insights on trends and the future horizon of DFR, that will be leveraged to support workforce planning strategies.

Description


Reporting to Senior Workforce Planning Reporter, you will be a valuable team member showcasing your strategic approach to collating data, insight trends and future workforce planning within the Australian Defence Force.


You will:

  • Deliver on established framework to drive a strategic approach to data collection and reporting that supports the execution of DFR's Workforce Planning strategy.
  • Collect data and insights on current trends and future recruiting priorities for the ADF, providing these for strategic purposes to the Workforce Analysts.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to collect data and information on the current state.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the services to acquire a deep understanding of the ADF's future recruiting priorities, targets and horizon in the long term.
  • Present data and insights on ADF's future recruiting priorities and the anticipated impact on the DFR workforce in supporting the execution of such.
  • Develop reports that clearly detail the future needs of the ADF and consider Adecco's solution in meeting these.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and presentations.
  • Identify process improvements and make recommendations for their implementation.
  • Provide support across Recruiting Operations in collecting data and producing reports that support the distribution of national targets to meet the current and future requirements of the ADF.
  • Monitor and review feedback from all key stakeholders, providing accurate responses in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Department of Defence.

Profile


To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a team of workforce planning experts to deliver on established workforce reporting frameworks.

You will be someone who can demonstrate the ability to generate reports from various data sources to assist key stakeholders in identifying and understanding future workforce priorities.


Your background will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in Workforce planning and reporting
  • Solid ability to develop dashboards and reports
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and quality
  • Data visualisation
  • Advanced Excel with proficiency in MS Word and Powerpoint
