About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the identification and development of business ERP processes and systems. It involves creating data-driven reports and analyses to support business intelligence efforts, facilitating strategic decision-making, optimising performance, and promoting knowledge sharing across the organisation. Additionally, the role includes implementing continuous improvement processes and quality initiatives to enhance Tomago's performance through innovative and existing business process solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

  • This role has an internal focus, with significant collaboration with business analysts, process owners, and key stakeholders across various departments
  • This position is measured by the effectiveness of ERP systems, the impact of data analyses on decision making, improvements in performance metrics and successful knowledge transfer
  • Operationally, streamline processes, improve efficiency and productivity and ensure high quality data standards
  • Strategically enhance the businesses' ability to make data driven decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Acquire and implement the knowledge necessary to ensure ERP systems are secure, current and operating efficiently
  • Assist in the migration to S/4 HANA
  • Continuously maintain governance and standards to deliver quality product and/or service and problem solve any deviations from standard

About you
Can you demonstrate the following:

Essential

  • SAP ECC6 administration experience
  • Database experience and knowledge
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work closely with and in conjunction with others
  • Proven communication skills (verbal, written and visual) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using integrated computerised systems
  • Experience in managing, analysing, interpreting, visualising and effectively communicating data across a variety of sources
  • Experience in applying statistical and computational techniques and problem-solving tools
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Proven Implementation methodology


Desirable

  • Experience within a similar industry e.g. Manufacturing/ Mining
  • Power BI / Power platform on-prem and M365
  • SSRS / SSAS / SSIS
  • SQL, HANA and relational databases
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud
