There is now a new full-time, permanent role to join their team as the Quality and Compliance Office, based at their Mascot office.


The Role

  • Maintain Quality Systems (including Privacy database) to ensure legislative compliance
  • Adhere to local Regulatory and Business requirements
  • Design, create and manage business records and procedures
  • Support CAPA and CI requirements
  • Assess operations to determine compliance risk
  • Audit support
  • Provide compliance and quality training to internal stakeholders
  • Support Quality projects and activities
  • Ensure ongoing compliance for wholesaling and importing

Your Background

  • Experience in a similar role with either a pharmaceutical or medtech company
  • Experience in CAPA's
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Science, Pharmacy or related area
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups and management
  • High attention to detail and well organised
  • Familiarity with MA or MNZ Code of Conduct would be an advantage
