BAT is looking for a Supply Planning Analyst to join their dynamic team.

This role is to analyse the movement of goods through the supply pipeline, monitor current processes, identify & analyse gaps, and develop process improvement in the Supply Chain.

Ensure OTIF delivery of market demand at optimal costs utilizing company assets effectively.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Manages State level planning and SOH review (2 assigned states)
  • Review, analyse, and update SPR short & mid term, C+3 weeks, C+3 months horizon for supply sensitivities, OOS risk, over stock/high duration SKUs and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and analyse Key Account specific buy plans, product ranging plans, demand patterns, and sales run rates at assigned states
  • Ensure inventory levels in the warehouse meet target safety level and company stock holding policy whilst meeting customer requirements 100% OTIF
  • Responsible for tracking of all incoming shipments (Sea/Air), updates records if required and manages deviations from plans
  • Supports reduction of SLOBs (Slow moving and obsolete stocks) through analysis, reporting, and execution with Stock controllers
  • Supports working capital activities to meet cashflow & SOH targets i.e. Excise management with Finance
  • Highlights stock availability/constraints in the daily drum beat with Local and Regional planning team, Logistics Team
  • Updates reports and distributes them to relevant stakeholders
  • Supports and contributes to the delivery of Supply & Inventory KPIs as per annual target: OTIF, FG stocks duration and value, Inventory Health, SLOBs, FFR, Monthly Lag 1 DFA, Monthly Lag 3 DFA & Bias, Weekly Lag 2 DFA
