Further, this role includes:

Managing all product related warranties across Australia.
Delivering various training programmes offered by Hydraulink to its staff, customers, and network partners across Australia.
Training records management and assisting with administering and further developing Hydraulink's Learning Management System.

Assisting with the ongoing development and design of industry leading technical and other general training programmes across all functional areas in accordance with Hydraulink's Learning and Development Strategy.

Providing technical assistance and support to Hydraulink staff, its customers, and Network Partners on all technical and product related enquiries.

Cataloguing and indexing of technical information, production of manuals, and reports.

About the person

We are looking for an individual with hydraulic or mechanical exposure.

You may be a hydraulic hose technician looking for a change in career, someone with experience in a mechanical trade looking to get off the tools, or a recent graduate from a Mechanical Engineering background.


Whatever your background - if you have the right attitude and a desire to succeed then we can provide you with the training to be successful in your role.


Ideally you will have:


2+ years working experience in either hydraulics, pneumatics, motion control, a mechanical trade OR a recent graduate in mechanical engineering.

A confident personality and the ability to build rapport with training participants whilst conducting training programs in a classroom or onsite settings.

The ability to trouble shoot and assess product performance and warranty issues and develop investigation reports and recommendations.
A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ability to understand CAD drawings.
Excellent time management, attention to detail and administration skills.
Ability to travel across Australia as required to meet the needs of the business.


Ideally you will have a Certificate IV Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or experience developing and/or delivering training - if can help you get it.
