Role:
We seek pet minders/walkers to join our team as freelance contractors. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals with some experience with animals.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely pick up and drop off dogs from their homes to designated parks.
  • Supervise and engage with dogs both individually and in groups.
  • Walk and exercise dogs while adhering to leash regulations and offlead areas.
  • Maintain a constant head count of dogs to ensure their safety.
  • Ensure the safety of the public and the dogs under your care.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures throughout the day.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Above all, exhibit a genuine passion for animals.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Experience with animals is preferred.
  • Possess an active Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • Provide at least two references from previous clients or employers.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be available to work on weekends and evenings as required.
  • Be punctual and have reliable transportation and/or a valid driver's license.
