Due to continued success they are currently looking for an experienced Estimating Lead/Manager to join their team.

The role:

As the Lead Estimator in the business you will be responsible for managing a team of estimators and also being hands on, duties will include:

  • Assisting in tender submissions
  • Attending tender interview meetings
  • Provide guidance and and support to the rest of the Estimating team
  • Review tender documentation
  • Preparing methodologies and programmes for submissions
  • Reporting directly to the State Manager
  • Subcontractor quotes
  • Recommending and delivering bid strategies and value engineering options on tenders

To be considered:

  • Proven experience with Commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Be able to manage a team and also be hands on
  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Be able to work autonomously
