With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are expanding their sales team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an Internal Salesperson.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate chemical pump solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing technical information, and guiding them through the selection process.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our chemical pump products.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in a technical sales or customer service role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• A selfmotivated individual with a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales role within the industrial or manufacturing sector is an asset.
