**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate chemical pump solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing technical information, and guiding them through the selection process.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our chemical pump products.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or customer service role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales role within the industrial or manufacturing sector is an asset.
