HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Full Time - 40 Hours per week

  • Colac Area Health (CAH) is a values based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 550 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.
  • This is an exciting professional opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career where reporting to the Executive Director of People and Culture, where they will lead our Human Resources and Payroll teams by developing and implementing contemporary workforce strategies to ensure our People and Culture's strategic priorities are achieved in a timely manner.

What's required?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Business or working towards same
  • Current drivers licence
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates behaviours that align to organisational values
  • Demonstrates an understanding and experience in organisational change management
  • Understanding of contemporary human resources practises and strategy
  • Good understanding of HR systems
  • Superior interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
