The Graduate Research team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for a HDR Candidature and Examinations Officer to join their team.


About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to enable the incumbent to liaise effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders
  • A strong commitment to customer service principles

Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience; or experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in administrative fields; or a combination of relevant experience and education or training
