The Role
Are you a seasoned professional in the bids and tenders field, with over 5 years of comprehensive experience? Do you thrive in a flexible world of bid administration, coordination, and, particularly, bid writing? If your career journey includes Waste Management or similar industries and you have a knack for navigating enterprise bid management systems like Loopio, RFPIO, or their equivalents, we have an ideal opportunity for you As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
- Work with our Business Unit Tender Leads to support and manage the entire bid process, from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring completeness, compliance, accuracy, and competitiveness.
- Craft compelling bid proposals, translating complex service delivery and operational information into persuasive customer value propositions.
- Utilize our enterprise bid management system Loopio to streamline processes, maintain bid libraries, and ensure timely responses with completed drafts produced leaving sufficient time for peer and management review.
- Conduct postbid evaluations to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Who You Are

Experienced: Over 5 years in bids and tenders, with a strong focus on bid writing within Waste Management or similar sectors.

Skilled Communicator: Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Technologically Savvy: Proficient in enterprise bid management systems like Loopio, RFPIO, or similar, with a knack for leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively in team settings.
