The Position

As Australia's leading truck brand for 34 consecutive years, Isuzu has earned a reputation for premium products, exceptional customer care, technological innovation and a nationwide network of dedicated dealers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic objectives
  • Lead development of the multiyear IT Strategy and roadmap to ensure delivery of IT services while fostering a culture of innovation.
  • IT Operations
  • Project Management
  • Lead the implementation of various IT projects and IT deliverables within business led projects and initiatives as defined by the Directors, Executives and Leadership Team.
  • Security & Risk Management
  • Manage IT risk and look for ways to deliver bestinclass security of the IT infrastructure and environment. Ensure cyber security standards are defined and adhered to across the IT lifecycle.
  • Cyber Security
  • Accountable for cybersecurity strategy and delivery, including compliance and / or certification with industry and regulatory frameworks e.g. NIST, J-SOX.
  • Budget / Financial Management
  • Develop and maintain the IT budget and ensure expenditure is kept within approved limits.
Background required
  • 8+ years' experience leading teams and influencing at a senior leadership level.
  • Experience leading a functional technology team who already have a great working culture.
  • Highly motivated professional who upholds high standards and always strives to improve technology environments.
  • Degree qualified, bachelor at a minimum. MBA highly preferred with the financial component within the position.
  • Strong knowledge of security practices and principles, including security and control standards and frameworks.
  • Managing external service providers, be exceptionally strong around contractual agreements.
  • Demonstrated project management capability, ability to run multiple complex projects through the organisation.
  • Technical 'know how' with a commercial, customer first approach.
  • ERP delivery experience would be highly preferred.
