Jetstar is seeking a Customer Experience Team Coordinator based in Melbourne, who will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Customer Experience Team across all of our bases and our office support team.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Cabin Crew Operations, you will need to be creative, analytical and innovative. You will naturally be detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and research skills. You will need to be resourceful and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation. Provide administrative support and project coordination to assist in the delivery of business objectives for Jetstar's largest team - our Cabin Crew

  • Please note. This position will require domestic and at times international travel._

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing team administration support to the Customer Experience Support Office team and Cabin Crew Operations leadership team;
  • Providing project support and assistance for exciting new Cabin Crew projects and initiatives;
  • Coordinating all base onboarding, offboarding, transfers and relocations including internal and external stakeholder communication and management;
  • Develop, manage and maintain all base documentation including base handbooks and guides;
  • Provide general administrative support as required including producing letters, taking minutes reporting, coordination of leadership forums;
  • Assist with coordination of festive seasonal base activations and initiatives;
  • Provide support for Cabin Crew Base Administrators to align processes;
  • Use initiative to proactively identify ways to improve processes and better support the Customer Experience and frontline cabin crew team;
  • Support with PowerBI and other dashboard reporting as required for the leadership team;
  • Provide support and contribution as required to the achievement of departmental objectives e.g. crew engagement initiatives, attendance improvement.

You'll have:

  • Previous administrative and project experience in a support role (or related role);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerservice mindset;
  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment;
  • The ability to work independently, while leveraging the team for support as required
  • Is highly organised and has an eye for detail;
  • Can demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Experience within aviation is preferable but not essential;
  • Has a proactive approach to solving problems.
