Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for project management? We're seeking a Project Coordinator FF&E to join our dynamic team at Unispace.


Role Overview:


As a Project Coordinator FF&E, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the administration, and delivery of projects within the field of Furniture.

Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholders, coordinating with manufacturers and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Utilise your relevant administration experience to ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Experience:

  • Relevant industry experience in procurement and administration
