About the role:

We are looking for enthusiastic recruitment/resourcing professionals who enjoy working with candidates and operations more than business development

This challenging yet rewarding role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, attention to detail, and candidate management.

You'll be responsible for proactively supporting the Perm Division in the identification and delivery of recruitment activities including candidate and sourcing and management.

Key responsibilities include:

Candidate sourcing and management

  • Provide direct support to recruiters and account managers across the country in all aspects of recruitment process.
  • Prepare a candidate attraction strategy together with your manager, to support the achievement of your interview KPI's.
  • Initiate a range of candidate sourcing activities, advertising vacancies, social media, networking and referrals to ensure a regular supply of candidates.
  • Keep abreast of market information and pass onto the team.
  • Manage the sourcing process, including sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates.
  • Provide advice to candidates on salary levels, skill requirements, visa options and market information.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the team and the manager to maximise synergies, discuss market developments, to share experience and knowledge and to report on candidate progress
  • Administration and reporting as required.

To be considered:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, marketing, commerce or business disciplines are desirable
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Sound ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks as required.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • PC and IT literacy – advanced MS Office skills and recruitment systems
  • Previous experience ideally gained in a direct recruitment or team support role
  • Previous administrative & recruitment experience
  • Previous experience gained from within a commercial/sales or recruitment services environment
