Description:
As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will deliver individual programs and provide therapy services under the guidance of our Physiotherapist.
Responsibilities include:
- Assists with management of independence programs
- Assists with ongoing appraisal of walking aides and wheelchairs
- Applies physical modalities such as hot / ice packs after appropriate assessment and instruction from therapist
- Assists with transporting, dressing and treatment for residents on hydrotherapy program

Skills and Experiences:
KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
- Previous experience working in the aged care industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Standards
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of COVID19 Vaccination
