New opportunity for a Senior Treasury Manager to join our Group Treasury team, where you will lead Toll's cash, liquidity and market risk management across Australia and New Zealand.

As Senior Treasury Operations Manager, you will: Ensure the quality of daily, 1 month, 3 months & 12 months cash forecasts and warns of liquidity risk situations in advance Responsible for analysing and reporting operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period Execute financing plans (including leasing plans) in accordance with Group strategy and plans Identify FX exposures and risks and work on mitigation plans with the FX team Apply Group bank policy and negotiate terms of credit facilities and leasing services with financial institutions Secure and enhance cash management processes (including payment security, ensuring that procedures are in place before payment to prevent fraud or errors (keeping of a register of signatures in accordance with bank powers of attorney, account opening and closing, selection and validation of means of payment, storage of check books, segregation of duties etc)

To ensure you success in this role you will need to possess:

Minimum 15 years + treasury and transactional banking experience Project management capability including an ability set detailed work or project plans within broader plans for the relevant project or initiative Strong attention to detail & willingness to explore and validate any anomalies in numbers Strong analysis skills, with experience performing complex root-cause problem solving Understand the impact of conflicting pressures on priorities on the business customer and apply sound judgement in the choice of alternative solutions or approaches Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and influence accordingly Can do attitude, with the ability to work cross-functionally to contribute to the success of the organisation as a whole Experience in using Treasury related systems e.g.

GTreasury preferred Bachelor of Commerce preferably with a Finance and Accounting Understanding of accounting including the recording and disclosures of financial instruments in financial statements Qualified accountant (CA / CPA) is a plus What moves you?
