Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a International Student Mobility Officer to join International, International Portfolio, Chancellery Division.

What you need to succeed

  • Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a degree, or completion of an associate diploma with at least two years subsequent relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including experience liaising with a diverse range of clients to provide accurate advice and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a large corporate computer system including inputting, accessing and extracting data, combined with expertise in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively as a member of a team, along with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the International Relations team.
