BHN (Better Health Network) is a leader in the Community Health sector, supporting the inner south and bay side suburbs of Melbourne.


We are looking for an experienced, professional Customer Service Specialist for the Allied Health services at Better Health Network (BHN).

Reporting to the Team Leader-Allied Health Customer Service, you will have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task effectively and have excellent attention to detail.


Ideally, you will possess:

  • A professional qualification in Community Health or administration (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Experience in Community Health, Allied Health, Intake & Referral
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a broad group of clients
  • A clear understanding of privacy and customer service principles
